I have found that Home Tech Systems: 5850 Waterloo Rd; Columbia, Maryland: has been duplicating their Cost Estimating Books for at leas the last 5 years!!! The only thing they have changed is the dates of Publishing; on the first page of each book; the year published and the Annual Edition, as in 54th, 55th and so on , to the 58th Annual Edition.
There has been No Research, change of cost, multiplier, Nothing. And they are selling these books at premium Cost. Help me get out the word that these Guys are Crooks and need to be Closed Down.

Completed the staining of a deck we built last year. With the cable railing, permitting and construction costs, this project was just under $35,000. We also installed some 350 ft of dog-eared fencing around the back yard. This is a very good customer, and have other projects later in the year.
