How do you play the game in the corporate world?

Medication that is legal and prescribed in the U.S. may be restricted or prohibited in another country.

Before you travel:

Know the generic name of each medication, not just the brand name.
Check the INCB Country Regulations for controlled-medication restrictions: incb.org
Check the U.S. State Department destination page: travel.state.gov
Check CDC Travelers’ Health for medication and destination guidance: cdc.gov/travel
Verify directly with the destination country’s embassy, consulate, health ministry, or customs authority.
Check countries you’ll transit through, especially if you’ll enter the country during a layover.
Keep medication in its original labeled container and bring copies of your prescriptions or supporting documentation when required.

Don’t assume a U.S. prescription automatically makes a medication legal to bring across another country’s border.
