Reflecting on an unforgettable first experience at IAAPA North America !

A huge thank you to Imagine for sending me to this incredible event. As my first themed entertainment expo of this scale, it was a whirlwind of learning, inspiration, and awe. The work being done in this industry to create unforgettable, immersive experiences is nothing short of magical.

Photos can only capture a fraction of what I experienced, but here are a few highlights:
✨ Attending the most epic opening ceremony
✨ Diving into learning sessions like Transforming IP into Tangible Magic: The Art of Immersive Attractions and Dancing Across Disciplinary Boundaries to Create Immersive Experiences
✨ Reconnecting in person with NeoPangea, First Ascent , and Capturelife, Inc. partners
✨ Meeting the legendary Steve Axtell (puppetry icon!)

This week reminded me why I love working in this field: the energy, creativity, and commitment to delivering moments of magic for people everywhere. It’s an honor to be a part of this industry, and I can’t wait to see how we continue to push boundaries and inspire wonder.

Last month, we opened Harry Potter™: The Exhibition in Atlanta — and I finally got the chance to experience the magic!

When we premiered the exhibition earlier this year in Philadelphia, I couldn't travel as I was close to 9 months pregnant. While I was saddened not to be there with my team, I will say it was even more magical experiencing it for the first time now with my daughter. ✨ ⚡️

We’re looking forward to the day we find out what house Isabella sorts into…she’s got a Slytherin mom and a Gryffindor dad, so should be fun 🐍 🦁 😂
