Intentionally Gray

It seems like many of us are starting to feel the weight. The heaviness of uncertainty… the fatigue of holding on… the cracks in confidence. Maybe it all just started to hit you. Maybe you’ve been holding a brave face for weeks. I see you. I feel you. 🖤 ✨

Two things I know to be true right now:
1. We are all in this together — for the good and the bad.
2. We need to feel our feelings — the light and the dark.

So come sit with me today. We’ll hold the space together to feel what we feel, take a few deep breaths, and remind ourselves that we are all just humans doing our best 🌱

Read each night instead of scrolling IG (I took a break from social media!)

Meditated under the stars on the sands of the Gulf.

Went to sleep at appropriate hours.

Honored my “away” email response and allowed the urgency to respond & react to subside.

Went OUTSIDE for lunch — I typically eat in my lap in the car or hovering over my laptop at my kitchen counter.

Started a “creating space” ritual for myself every morning.

Cannot recommend this gorgeous and ultra friendly resort enough. thank you for making my stay on Longboat Key P E R F E C T 🙏🏻♥️♥️♥️
