A 9yr old Bottled in bond. Combines two-thirds of Heaven Hill’s traditional rye bourbon mashbill (78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley) with one-third of their wheated bourbon mashbill (68% corn, 20% wheat, 12% malted barley).

Yes, it is sweet but it has an amazing amount of acid to balance it! Its crazy complex, yet simple.
Tropical fruits, marmalade, stone fruits, ginger and other spices with floral component too. It is rich and viscous and mouth watering all at the same time.
