June’s Gwinnett County numbers are in. 🏡
Suwanee posted the highest median price at $650,000, followed by Peachtree Corners at $565,000 and Buford at $520,400.
Norcross remained the most affordable city on this list at $349,500, while Lawrenceville held steady at $399,950.

What a seller doesn’t volunteer is not automatically the same as what they’re legally allowed to hide.
Georgia law treats certain facts differently, including some deaths or felonies at the property, certain prior-occupant health information and sex-offender registry information.

Everyone is waiting for mortgage rates to drop but lower rates may also bring more buyers back into the market.
