I am thrilled to share that I’ve send our last back rent payment! The donations above that bring a huge relief in helping us through summer. Summertime and holidays are always a super lean time for us as such a small studio and it’s a big relief to know that while no one is living a life of luxury yet (I’m not sure that happens for full time yoga teachers), I can pay rent and eat this summer. :)

This week feels like the turnaround that’s been so needed, in more than one way. I thought we’d get some support if I asked for help but I didnt expect for you to turn out the way you did.

Every donation means so much to me. As you know, we are a very small studio, something that most of you tell me you like a lot, but that means that every membership pause or streak of small classes affects us more. So for such a small studio to show up the way that you have and make such a big impact, reaffirms that this is where im supposed to be and this is what im supposed to be doing.

You have relieved so much stress for me, im not sure I can really communicate it. You have filled me up and im sure you’ll notice all of this in my teaching. It’s already started to really feel like fun again.

If starting yoga feels a little intimidating — or you’re looking for a slower, more supportive entry point — our Beginner Series was created with you in mind.

This five-class series introduces the foundations of yoga in an approachable, grounding way. You’ll learn key postures, explore modifications, and discover how to adapt the practice to your own body. We’ll also touch on the 8 limbs of yoga and simple breathwork you can use daily for calm and clarity.

Questions are always welcome at onlYoga, and this series is intentionally paced to offer personal attention without pressure. You’ll also receive two drop-in classes to help you ease into our regular schedule.
