Real estate is funny because everyone starts with a very calm, very reasonable list of priorities.
Buyers want a great deal and the perfect home. Sellers want honest feedback, just maybe not too honest. Everyone wants to feel confident, but second-guessing can kick in pretty quickly.
And honestly, that’s normal.
My job is to help clients separate the emotions from the strategy, focus on what actually matters, and make decisions they feel good about.
And yes, sometimes that means lovingly explaining that “perfect” doesn’t always exist. 😅
