This week let us introduce you to Casey! One of the great things about working with peer tutors is that you learn a lot of cool tricks to help you with your writing process. One of the reasons it's so hard to revise our own writing is because we see what we want to see, so Casey suggests changing the font of an essay to trick your brain. Get more tips to improve your writing by making an appointment with one of our tutors like Casey: https://gatech.mywconline.com

Next Week! Join us for our first Conversation Hour of the semester! No RSVP required. We’ll practice introducing your research, explaining specialized ideas to people outside your field, responding to follow-up questions, and moving beyond the rehearsed “elevator pitch.” Whether you want to feel more comfortable speaking English, become more confident discussing your research, or simply meet and converse with other graduate students, you are welcome!
