Life Skills Monday: Perseverance

Golf teaches us that one tough shot, one missed putt, or one hard round does not define the outcome.

Perseverance means staying focused, bouncing back, and choosing to keep going even when things get difficult. That lesson goes far beyond the course.

This week, we’re reminding our participants: practice bouncing back. Keep showing up. Keep growing.

Young golfers from across Atlanta are invited to compete, build confidence, make new friends, and showcase their skills at the historic Alfred “Tup” Holmes Golf Course on July 25–26.

This tournament honors the legacy of Alfred “Tup” Holmes and his impact on expanding access to the game for future generations.
