🐬 Dolphin Community Spotlight 🏡
Hi MES families! I’m Laura Caldarella - a Morningside mom and REALTOR® serving Metro Atlanta since 2017. My family and I have lived in Morningside for the past 10 years, and our kids, Serena (3rd grade) and Charlie (5th grade), are proud MES Dolphins.
Real estate is something I genuinely love. With a background in business ownership, home renovation, and short-term rental management, I take a hands-on, practical approach when helping clients buy, sell, or invest. Having completed multiple home remodels myself, I’m able to help clients see potential, make smart decisions, and avoid costly mistakes.
After living in Atlanta for over 20 years, I know the neighborhoods, schools, and market trends inside and out - especially right here in our community.
I’m so happy to support MES and be part of this amazing group of families. If I can ever be a resource - whether you’re thinking about moving, investing, or simply curious what your home might be worth - I’m always happy to help.
Feel free to reach out anytime 😊

🌱 Help Morningside Go Green! 🌱
We’re launching a pilot composting program with our 3rd and 4th graders in partnership with CompostNow—and we need a few parent volunteers to help make it a success!
Volunteers will spend just 30 minutes during lunch helping students sort their waste into compost and trash bins. It’s an easy way to make a big impact and model eco-friendly habits for our kids. ♻️
Here’s what to know:
• Volunteer Dates: April 13–24 (choose a shift that works for you)
• Why It Matters: Help reduce landfill waste and support a greener school community
