How do you define “vacation”? Are beaches places to sunbathe, read books, and take dips in the sea now and then? Or places to surf, snorkel, and run along the shore? Are cities, museums, restaurants, and nightlife your thing, or would you prefer to be deep in the woods away from modern life? Is a hotel just a place to sleep or a part of your vacation? The answers to all these questions (and more!) are key to planning a great trip. Your itinerary, activities, and accommodation need to match your - and any travel companions - definition of vacation. I listen to you and learn about your travel preferences, interests, style, and budget. Then design a trip to match your desires. I take care of all the details, including accommodations, transportation, itinerary, directions, activities, reservations, guides, etc. You then enjoy your trip knowing you have 24/7 support during your travels should the need arise. Cherry Blossom alert! Toronto's Sakura Cherry Blossoms have hit full bloom. And the tulips are just a few days away from peak, too.
Regardless of the location, timing your trip to align with special sights and local events can make a big difference, and is just part of the research I'll conduct when planning your vacation.

Did you know that Toronto is a super-highway for migrating birds?! Millions of birds make their way through the city each spring and fall. The majority will be in town soon - end of April/early May is the expected arrival time frame.
Until then, enjoy these man-made feathered friends - one of which doubles as a home for real birds!

Spa time alongside elephants! After an exciting week on safari, my body needed a break. Cue this amazing thermal spa on the banks of the Ruaha River!
I started with a dip in the natural hot spring pool, followed by time in a massage bath. Brought to the bush from France, this amazing jacuzzi is fitted with 240 massage jets that combine spring water and air to create a relaxing soak like no other.
A fantastic massage capped off the afternoon. I listened to elephants splash in the water while I enjoyed it.
The Laba Bush Thermal Spa is a scenic 35-minute drive from its home property, Laba Jongomero. Nestled on a riverbank deep in the forest, this secluded lodge features lovely accommodations, great food, and a knowledgeable guide for your time on safari.
