We are looking for young people who are interested in developing their skills around organizing, movement building, leadership, advocacy, and creating change within their communities. This is an opportunity to grow alongside other q***r, trans, and ungendered young people while building practical skills they can carry into your organizing and leadership work.

The SPARK Ambassador Program (SAP) is a year-long leadership and organizing development program designed for q***r, trans, and ungendered college youth who are interested in strengthening their organizing skills, building community, and developing their leadership. The 2027 program will run from January 11, 2027 through November 22, 2027.

That’s why we are hosting a six-week book club series around the anti-capitalist book Everything for Everyone. We’ll be reading and discussing chapters while engaging with other texts, guest speakers, and activities to integrate what we learn and deepen our understanding!
