A great weekend training workshop with the Philippines Coast Guard under the X3Combatives Safety and Control Tactics Program.
The training covered Rules of Engagement, the Use-of-Force Continuum, and the proper application of force progressions—from Safety and Control tactics to Combatives progression techniques.
An excellent opportunity to enhance operational effectiveness, accountability, and officer safety.
