Yesterday was closing day for my amazing sellers of this newly refreshed 3 🛏️ 2 🛁 condo in East Atlanta. This community holds a special place for me…I lived here for 8 years and loved it! Today was a great day for a closing!! I’m sad to see another neighbor leave but she and her fiancé our building a beautiful new home!
The buyer is really nice so it will be great welcoming him to our neighborhood!
What a feeling it is to help others during the home buying/selling process!

So excited for my first time buyers to get under contract on this super cute house!! We have been looking for a little over a month and this one just “felt right” to them…and closing is scheduled just before they leave town to get married!

Congratulations to my clients (who aren’t on FB) on two closings in a week!! Last Thursday we closed on their new home and today it was bitter sweet as they said goodbye to their first home in Atlanta.
