Now, I know I havenโt done a great job of updating my social media but I promise, I'm going to do better.
That said, I want to take a moment to talk about a Closing that I had a few weeks ago with 1st time home-buyers Shakil Martinez & Jazmin.
They fought so hard for this house - in one of the toughest housing markets in the U.S. Despite showing them over 60 properties and losing out on multiple offers, they never gave up (and neither did I).
I'm so happy that Jazmin, Shakil and baby Luna get to call this place โHome!โ

Watching Atlantaโs Growth Is Definitely Exciting
โOur biggest fear is to go really fast and get it wrongโ: Microsoft on planning its Grove Park campus - Atlanta Business Chronicle Microsoft is reinvigorating efforts to engage the community in preparation of bringing a massive 90-acre campus to Grove Park, though specific questions about how it will take shape and when remain unanswerable.
