From being in the delivery room and up to this point, I was truly blessed to watch this young lady blossom into the smart, beautiful, and talented individual she is today. The love I have for this chick, you would swear I was the one who carried her for nine months lol. What I love most about her is that she has come into her own, never having to jeopardize her morals, character, or herself for that matter. I would be a part of her village any day. , this is only the beginning of what is to come. I’m excited for the next chapter that is literally right around the corner. HBCU bound here she comes!

***Just Sold*** I was sooo happy for my Veteran clients that I was able to assist them in making it to the closing table. We decided on new construction because bidding wars were becoming redundant.
Let me say this, new construction is nice and all, but it still has its challenges when it comes to builders actually doing what they’re supposed to do. Then you have that low supply issue where everything is backed up these days. So yes, new construction has its ups and downs, but so does resales.
At the end of the day, you have to decide which option is best for you and your family. Either way, I’m here for it all. So let’s ride.
