Sometimes, the space around us reflects what's happening inside us. ✨

This closet reset was more than just organizing clothesβ€”it was about creating room for clarity, peace, and new possibilities. From decluttering pieces that no longer serve me to giving my closet a fresh start, this reset was exactly what I needed.

Here's a little sneak peek from the full video! πŸŽ₯🀎

If you've been putting off that closet cleanout, consider this your sign to start. One drawer, one shelf, one hanger at a time.

One thing I've learned is that preparation is a form of self-respect 🀍

As I was organizing my travel essentials, I wasn't just putting things awayβ€”I was creating a system that would make life easier for the future me.

The version of me catching early flights.
The version of me speaking at events.
The version of me moving through life with purpose and intention.

We spend so much time caring for everyone around us, but how often do we set ourselves up for success?

A little effort today can save a lot of stress tomorrow.

Future you deserves your support just as much as everyone else in your life.

What is one thing you can do this week that your future self will thank you for? πŸ’›

One of my favorite moments at The Gathering Spot was hearing former Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms share a message every woman needs to hear:

"Bring your whole self with you."

Too often, women are told to shrink themselves, soften their voices, or wait until they're "ready" before stepping into leadership. But the truth is that your experiences, your perspective, and your story are exactly what make you qualified to lead.

The world needs leaders from every background, every walk of life, and every lived experience. And it needs more women at the table.

If you've ever wondered whether you belong in leadership, politics, business, or any room where decisions are being made, this is your reminder:
πŸ’› You belong there
πŸ’› Your voice matters
πŸ’› Your presence creates space for others

What is one piece of advice you would give the next generation of female leaders?

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do… is pause and breathe. 🀍

Not the rushed breathing we do when life feels heavy. Not the shallow breaths we take while surviving the moment.

But intentional breathing.
Deep belly breaths.
The kind that reminds your body: you are safe here.

So many of us are carrying stress in silence while still showing up every day.

And sometimes healing starts with something as simple as slowing down long enough to reconnect with ourselves.

Take a deep breath today.
Your mind, body, and spirit need it more than you think.

The nerves never really go away.
Even after years of speaking, showing up, and standing in rooms you once prayed to enter… the butterflies still flutter.

But I’ve learned something beautiful: those nerves are not fear.
They’re purpose trying to speak through you.

Before every presentation, I pause and pray.
Not for perfection.
Not for applause.
But that someone in that room receives exactly what they need.

Because when we show up with intention, honesty, and love for people β€” our words carry more than information. They carry impact.

May we never get too experienced to depend on God before we speak. 🀍

Can I be honest with y'all for a second? πŸ’›
Five years of running JAMGOODLIVING has been one of the greatest teachers of my life. And I just shared three of the biggest lessons it's given me β€” I want to make sure you hear them too.
Lesson 1: Your first idea won't be your last β€” and that's okay. What matters is that your intention stays consistent. That's the thing that roots you when everything else shifts.
Lesson 2: Transformation doesn't care how many people are in the room. I've held space for one person and I've held space for hundreds. The work is the same. The results are the same. It's all in how you facilitate it.
Lesson 3: Your people will find you β€” but you have to be visible. I had to learn this one the hard way. You cannot help people who cannot see you. So I'm making myself seen.
And speaking of visible β€” this post is me showing up on purpose.
To everyone who has trusted me with their transformation: you have no idea what your faith in this work has meant to me. I carry every single one of you.
Now I'm ready to do this at the next level.
πŸ”‘ My premium 1:1 coaching is open.
