This is Personal. SoFit teams up with Shake Sum Cafe. Before and after. Transformed by 7pm Advanced Class and Shake Sum products including the Revenge Cleanse. Easy - nope. Worth it - Absolutely!!!
This is Personal. SoFit and THE REVENGE CLEANSE. 16lbs down.
Given the task and I will give it my all with INTEGRITY!! That’s who Tiffany is and has always been.
3 Days on the Cleanse was not easy but I did it. The mental capacity it takes will take you a whole new level.
My training with has pushed me to levels that I never thought I’d reach. He built me up to be mentally and physically built for this fitness life.

Friday Night under dem KOF lights and day 3 on the Revenge Cleanse! Day 3 was rough and the workout challenging - tired and body fatigue. I fought threw with all I had left. I know I look terrible but I showed up, fought and got it done
SN: I finished the assignment! Cleanse is done tomorrow at 730am. It’s more mental than anything- not giving in to eating something for 3 days is nooo joke but it can be done! I’m proud of myself no matter what the numbers are tomorrow 💯💪🏽

Cardio Wednesday with Run the City. Great class from start to finish.
This is my day 1 on the new Revenge Cleanse. I felt really good during the workout. I did better than I thought I would. I haven’t done in gym cardio in a while.
SN: I say that I’m passionate about fitness- so I have to take it all, even what I don’t like to do. ( which is cardio) I can’t be on this journey saying what I’m not gonna do - it’s doesn’t work that way.

Friday Night under dem KOF lights… definitely not one of my better days. I look horrible- struggling with the black band and 50lb weight. 3 times 🗣🗣🗣 Ms Baker. 🤬🤬 Already a tough one, I made it worse out the gate. Lots of up/downs. I don’t know how many🥴🥴
SN: although I mucked up, felt terrible about it and struggled the ENTIRE time- I had to keep it mental- not emotional. Talk myself thru it- Keep giving it my all. One thing I won’t do is cave or quit . It’s ME VS ME.

Arm Day 🔥🔥🔥 Whenever we have to sit down on arm day best believe it’s going to be a banger. It ended the same way it started. We owe shoulder taps.
SN: I want to do something in the fitness area but not quite sure what. I love it and wanna learn to help someone else believe that they can do it. That’s important to me. I wanna see everyone be healthy and win. 🗣existence

Back Day! THIS was a great workout and 7pm showed up!! Kory turned it allll the way up and it got SPICY. Even with 2 sets of shoulder taps- the energy and vibe was everything!
SN: I’ve been working hard in the gym and following my meal plan. I’m done with the snacking. I have a personal goal to meet by FITVERSARY- I’m well on my way.

By far…top 3 HARDEST leg day exercises. Never moved pass the first exercise. After counting 6 single sets and Penalties- we failed at the double up. I said “I ain’t go it” I regretted saying that- I did have and I needed to prove it to myself. Welp, maybe next time. Ended with 1500 updowns after class- we did 1800.
SN: Tonight I felt like my back was against the ropes!!! I took every hit - my legs, core, back and arms.
But I counted and counted - pushing thru. It’s night like this that test you- I need these times. There is no comfort zone.

ITS SAVAGE SATURDAY- Back Day. Heavy weights. Over 1,000 reps. No penalties. Just SAVAGE ENERGY. Just a gym full of women grinding and reaching goals. We built different 💪🏽🌹
SN: Can’t complain about the results you don’t have, if you don’t put it the work. Work includes what you eat. This is for ME 🥴 Goal is set. All year fine.

Arm day 🔥 🔥🔥. Great workout even with penalties. I enjoy working arms even with a bum shoulder- learning to make adjustments and push pass the pain.
SN: I’ve been telling myself that it’s time to step up my fitness journey- add another class or do more at home. Im ready to start running again too. I’m not sure how to work this in my 8-5 work schedule but I’ll figure it out. Coming into my 3rd year- I want to reach my goal weight and MAINTAIN.
