Taste of Henry TYFS

The Union Barbeque Team was honored to take part in our first Taste of Henry at Southern Belle Farm last night. It was great to give out samples from our menu and meet so many people. Big thanks to everyone who came out and big thanks to Southern Belle Farm for the event space.

Who wants a T-Shirt? We will be doing giveaways tomorrow at Taste of Henry at Southern Belle Farm so we hope to see you there from 5-8pm. You could possibly be the first person with an official Union Barbeque T-Shirt.

This Friday we will be taking part in Taste of Henry at Southern Belle Farm from 5-8pm. Our sample menu will include the following:

-slow smoked, Texas-style sliced brisket
-southern sweet pulled pork
-creamy gourmet mac-n-cheese
-Mexican street corn salad
-PB Banana Pudding
