TIP TIP TIP in Athens, GA! It was great to partner with Athens Area Homeless Shelter and Family Promise of Athens this fall for Dr. Philip Hong to offer the TIP class through the BRIDGE initiative at University of Georgia School of Social Work.

It's day 14 of our 40 day countdown to Giving Tuesday and we’re back! After a packed few days (and a brief pause in our countdown), we’re excited to jump in again. 💙 The past week has been filled with meaningful moments across our AAHS community, from volunteer projects to partner collaborations and family support activities.✨ One of our favorite highlights from the past few days was the @ugasocialwork TIP Graduation with the parents in our Bridge to Home Program and families in Family Promise! It's events and collaborations like this that remind us why this work matters and why we’re so grateful for everyone who makes it possible. Thank you University of Georgia School of Social Work and Dean Hong for your investment in families here at AAHS and in the community! Dr. Philip Hong provided the Transforming Impossible into Possible - TIP Program training for the staff members and discussed ways to serve the North Korean defectors residing in the UK.
