Join us on Friday, August 28, from 5:30–6:30 PM for a fun, one-hour flexibility and conditioning class at Studio Rise!

✨ Ages 7–12
✨ Only 15 spots available
✨ $5 per dancer

We’ll work on flexibility, strength, conditioning, balance, and techniques that support all styles of dance.

Please bring:
• Water bottle
• Yoga mat
• Athletic wear or dancewear
• Bare feet
• Hair tied back
