We took song requests on Patreon a while back and this came from Jake Koester (thanks Jake!) ~ and then the decisions with this song, covered by the Byrds, the Hollies, The Ramones, Steve Earle. Oh and a couple time signature choices. I went with 6/8 friends because I love that time signature. Here it is in my style ~

But the lyrics ~ showing the complexity of living in this world ~ resignation amidst the horrors of wars and finding your place between shouting your rage into the void and burying your head into the sand. This song is about growing up and growing aware of the vast subjectivity of right and wrong, in clouds of persuasion.
