On this day Americans across the country are called to volunteer in their local communities in tribute to the individuals lost and injured in the attacks, first responders, and the many who have risen in service to defend freedom.

Register to walk in Athens Technical College’s in-person 2020 Graduation
Please note: The deadline to register to walk in the in-person graduation is July 29th.
Commencement Ceremony:
August 3rd 10am

• Each graduate is limited to TWO guests.
• Every attendee (Graduate, Guests and ATC Employees) Must wear a mask
• Every Attendee must electronically sign the Classic Center’s COVID-19 waiver. Waiver must be filled out within 7 days of graduation.
• Email confirmation of the signed waiver will be your electronic ticket to enter the Classic Center.
• All attendees will be assigned an arrival time to stagger entry to the facility
Registration is a 2 step Process:
Step 1. Register with Athens Technical College using the link below
https://athenstech.edu/events/graduation2020/
Step 2. Fill out the COVID-19 Waiver with the Classic Center (The link will be emailed to you after you register with ATC) Email Confirmation of the signed waiver is your electronic ticket to graduation.
• Graduates will enter through the green awning, off Thomas Street, and enter the Atrium down the stairs. A Classic Center staff member will be there to check for COVID Waiver confirmation emails.
• Graduates will check-in based on division (Business & Education, Life Science & Public Safety, Technology, Engineering & Manufacturing) to get their name cards once inside the Atrium. Each graduate will make their way to the reserved Graduate seating inside the grand hall after picking up their name card. Seating will be by division.
• Guests should enter through the horseshoe/front of The Classic Center near the Athena statue where staff will be checking for their affidavit
Arrival Times are based on the last name of the Graduate (Guest should arrive at the same time as the graduate)

Athens Technical College in partnership with the Athens-Clarke County Government will be hosting a Blood Drive on Tuesday, July 14th from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm on ATC's Athens Campus in the H Building, Student Activities Center (800 US 29 N, Athens, GA 30601)
