We have more graduates!

Congratulations to Nichole Piccolo on graduating Cum Laude from The University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Painting and Drawing plus a Financial Technology Certificate. Nichole will be working in Athens while applying for jobs in UI/UX and product design. While in school, Nichole was involved with the Asian American Student Association, Catholic Student Association, and Delta Phi Epsilon sorority.

Nicole has been training at Canopy since 2009 in trapeze, fabrics, small trapeze, and invented equipment, as well as being an instructor since 2019.

🎓 Graduate Spotlight 🎓

Congratulations to Lexi Oldham on graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a degree in Advertising, Certificate in Sustainability, and Minor in Studio Art. Lexi is headed out to Wyoming to work on a dude ranch!

Lexi has been at Canopy for 4 years. “I’ve been practicing primarily on fabrics for 8 years now, and it has been so wonderful to continue to get to do what I love at Canopy while attending college.”

🎓 Graduate Spotlight 🎓

Congratulations to Emma Dougherty on graduating from Rockhurst University with her Doctorate! She plans to continue working in surgical and autopsy pathology, begin hosting medical students, and pursue a career in higher education. The dream is to become an anatomy professor!

Emma has been at Canopy for 2 years training in our pole program. Congrats, Emma!

🎓It’s that time of year again - graduation season 🎓 We are so so proud of all the graduates. We always say we have the smartest students ever.

First up, we want to congratulate Isabel Scarano on graduating from The University of Georgia (go dawgs) with her Master of Art Education! Isabel has been teaching elementary art for 9 years and is currently looking for new opportunities! (Message us if you got something 😉).

Isabel has been at student at Canopy for more than 10 years training on trapeze, slings, fabrics and has currently been taking pole classes since 2024!
