🥩 ¡THE MEAT SCHOOL 2026 LLEGÓ A SU FIN! 🎓🌎

Después de una semana extraordinaria de aprendizaje, experiencias prácticas, discusiones técnicas, trabajo en equipo y nuevas amistades, cerramos oficialmente una edición más de The Meat School 2026School en Texas Tech Davis College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources.

Este año tuvimos el privilegio de recibir a 52 participantes representando a 8 países de Latinoamérica. Diferentes países, empresas, profesiones y experiencias se unieron con un mismo propósito: entender mejor la carne, fortalecer nuestra industria y llevar nuevos conocimientos a nuestras operaciones.

A cada uno de nuestros participantes: gracias por su entusiasmo, curiosidad, profesionalismo, paciencia y disposición para aprender y compartir. Ustedes son quienes hacen de The Meatschool una experiencia tan especial.

Esperamos que regresen a sus países no solamente con nuevos conocimientos técnicos, sino también con nuevas ideas, conexiones profesionales y una perspectiva más amplia que les permita generar un impacto positivo en sus empresas y en toda la industria cárnica.

🥩 THE MEAT SCHOOL 2026 — THAT’S A WRAP! 🎓🌎

After an incredible week of learning, hands-on experiences, technical discussions, teamwork, and new friendships, we officially wrap up another edition of The Meat School 2026 at Texas Tech Davis College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources.

This year, we had the privilege of welcoming 52 participants representing 8 countries across Latin America. Different countries, companies, professions, and experiences came together with one shared purpose: to better understand meat, strengthen our industry, and take knowledge back to our operations.

To every participant: thank you for your enthusiasm, curiosity, professionalism, and willingness to learn and share. You are what makes The Meatschool special.

Our hope is that you return home not only with new technical knowledge, but also with new ideas, new professional connections, and a broader perspective that will help you make a difference in your companies and throughout the meat industry.
