CARE’s Marketing department is looking for a graphic design intern. Application deadline is December 31st, 2018.
Paid internship, based on experience
Duration: January – mid June, 2019
20 hours a week
Location: CARE HQ in downtown Atlanta, GA
Who can apply: Students who are seniors working towards a degree with an emphasis in Graphic Design or recent graduates.
Role:
The Intern must have experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud with an emphasis on InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat. Must have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of web and video design, After Effects and illustration skills are a plus. Basic understanding of print production and how to set files up for a printer are desired. Strong communication & organizational skills, information management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks with firm deadlines, and good word processing ability are necessary. Foreign language skills, and/or a passion for CARE’s mission are a plus.
Specifically, the graphic design intern would support the creative team with hands-on design and layout of selected projects to be determined as requests and projects are initiated as well as signature fund raising pieces. Items may include creating icons, social media templates, PowerPoint presentations, invitations and event signage. The Intern will also be exposed to the collaborative work of a variety of creative units throughout CARE gaining insight into the process of branding and creating a cohesive CARE identity.

DT PRODUCTIONS is currently searching for a Graphic Designer to join our busy office in Athens, GA. In this position, you will assist with the creation of new business proposals, promotions, branding, digital creative, spreads, etc. This is an hourly paid position. You will work directly with the President and CMO.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Generate design images
• Create templates and proposals
• Event and Brand promotions
• Manage time by hitting deadlines / working efficiently
• Receive and apply feedback
• Accurately track working hours
• Finish the last 5%
Job Requirements and Qualifications
• Proficient computer skills, including Photoshop and InDesign
• 15-25 hours of availability per week
• Excellent communication skills

The Institute of Higher Education is looking for a part-time graphic designer who is proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite. We are flexible and will work around a student's class schedule. The designer will create brochures, ads, marketing/development materials for the IHE and several public service programs, banners and other swag items. This is a paid position ($12 hr.) for 10-15 hrs. per week, which can be adjusted to student’s availability.
