We are very happy to announce that we are expanding our office space to include Suite 100 on the 1st floor of our office building at 824 S. Milledge Ave. Between the agents at 5Market Realty, Christina Hammond at Athens Best Properties, and now Red & Black Rentals, a lot of Athens area real estate is handled in our offices. Come September, we will be opening our downstairs office area for our clients and agents, and just like Jeb would say, "Yall, come see us!"

Meet Stephanie and Lou Ferrando
Over the last 30 years Stephanie and Lou Ferrando have spent countless hours of time visiting the lowcountry. In 2019 they decided to buy a home and share their time between Athens and Bluffton.
Stephanie began her real estate career working with some of the top producing real estate teams in the Athens, GA area. During this time, she focused primarily on buyer representation, and over a couple of years she was able to help numerous clients purchase their primary residence. While Stephanie is well versed in buyer representation, she is also highly experienced when it comes to the marketing, listing and selling process of residential real estate. After gaining years of experience, Stephanie is now a lead agent helping both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. Stephanie’s strongest attribute is her strong dedication to her clients and overall service. She is a member of the Circle Of Achievement with the Athens Area Association of Realtors.
Lou is a business Entrepreneur, Real Estate Developer, and Outdoor Advertising Real Estate expert with over 25 years of experience. Over his career he has owned, operated and sold multiple businesses and properties. He has extensive experience in buying and renovating property to flip, as well as negotiating leases and contracts.
When not assisting clients, Stephanie and Lou love spending time on the area beaches, dining at favorite local eateries, vacationing at Walt Disney World and spending time with friends and family. They have three grown children, with the youngest attending the University of Georgia.
