The ALPL Foundation Board is a small group of committed individuals who have dedicated many hours to raise the funds that have made our new library a reality.
The Athens-Limestone Public Library Foundation provides financial support to enhance the facilities, collections and programs of the Athens-Limestone County Public Library. The Foundation Board is excited about the future, and looks forward to the opportunity to continue to provide funding to support library operations and the purchase of needed materials. 📢 Event Update
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the 2026 State of the State Address scheduled for Wednesday, August 26 has been canceled.
All individuals and organizations who purchased individual seats or tables have been notified via email with additional information.
While we're disappointed we won't be able to host this event as planned, we're excited to share that we're exploring a new opportunity to bring our members and community together. More details will be announced soon!
