Last week, Professor Stull presented a research poster on her work using music therapy to address the psychosocial needs of family caregivers at the 4th Biennial Conference on Caregiving Research in Salt Lake City, Utah! Sponsored by the University of Utah College of Nursing and the Family Caregiving Collaborative, it was a wonderful opportunity to share the benefits of music therapy with an interdisciplinary audience and engage in meaningful conversations with professionals working to support caregivers.

Thank you so much to Dr. Jennifer Marks, Dr. Jerry Gale, and Ed Sperr from the UGA Improv Faculty Learning Community for coming to seminar and sharing about how skills used in improvisation theater can improve clinical skills in music therapy. We look forward taking what we learned into future sessions!

Congratulations to Lizzie Digiovanni, MT-BC (BM ’20) for being named one of the University of Georgia’s 40 under 40 for 2026. Every year, UGA names 40 alumni under age 40 who are leaders in their field and community.
