Happy New Year! I wanted to share some exciting news with all of you! 🎉
As many of you know, over the past year and a half I’ve been working on restoring my health after I got sick from the virus. A lot of you have asked what has helped me heal and it’s been a combination of lifestyle modifications, sleeping better, exercising, managing stress, intermittent fasting, but the biggest one has been dietary changes I’ve made over the last 5-6 months.
After doing a lot of my own research about food and how it can either heal or harm our bodies, I decided to drastically change what I was eating by either eliminating certain foods that I knew weren’t good for me, adding in foods that were more nutrient-rich, or simply making smarter choices about the ingredients I was using. I documented everything in a journal which helped me monitor my progress. To my honest surprise, I noticed significant improvements in my symptoms and how I was feeling overall. I truly feel that this has helped me get better over time. And because it was the one thing that was working for me, I knew I had to keep going with it.
That said, I have obviously been spending a lot more time in the kitchen and grocery stores and a lot more time reading about foods and experimenting with different recipes. It’s been a lot of fun trying new things (healthier things) and something I have become really passionate about.
So my news! I created an Instagram account to document my journey and the recipes I’ve been making and I wanted to share that all with you! I am all smiles with this piece! 🤩 It has been almost a year since I’ve acquired one of these glass display cabinets! They are extremely hard for me to find, especially with the wood fretwork, curved glass door, old wavy glass, scalloped backboard, original key, original hardware, Queen Anne legs, and a small drawer below, all of which this one has!
So many fun collections can be showcased in this type of cabinet! I’ve also seen them used as linen cabinets in bathrooms - the possibilities are endless!

I just picked up this vintage mirror and I am absolutely in love! The details on the frame are exquisite and it’s in fantastic condition for its vintage age! All carvings are original and the glass is clear with barely any aging! Perfect for your entryway, hallway, powder room or over your dresser or vanity!
