Family Meal in the service industry is a time to gather over a nourishing meal and prepare for what's ahead. It's a time to share thoughts, connect with our team (and family), and reflect on everything around us.
We'd like to invite you to our inaugural Family Meal Supper Club! Saturday June 20th at 7:30pm, we will be celebrating the Summer Solstice with the spirit of community!

We're feeling the warm weather vibes! ☀️

Spätzle or "Little Sparrows" is a tiny dumpling similar to pasta or gnocchi. They're named as such because they resemble sparrow birds flying in the boiling water where they're pre-cooked before getting seared up in a pan with butter.
We serve our Spätzle with many seasonal vegetables and accoutrements including warm apple sauce, a creamy farmer's cheese, caramelized onions, tangy pickles, and micro greens.
This is a vegetarian staple on our menu or can be enhanced with house-made cured meats (the sausage is pictured).
It's the perfect rainy day meal or a wonderful sunny afternoon entrée. Be sure to stop in and see it's seasonal preparation soon!
