owner Kristen Wilhelm, started as a solo stylist in 2006. She grew to having her own studio in Ashburn and we stopped by as part of .

Supervisor Glass joined us as we toured GLOW Studios and learned more about her 4,000sqft space. Kristen purchased her two-story space in March 2023. She offers hair services on the upper level while the lower level is built out for spa services. In addition to her offerings, Kristen has “Sensory Sunday” for her special needs clients, who may require a calmer, more serene environment. GLOW Studios currently has 12 chairs and eight stylists with 14 total employees. They are actively hiring additional seasoned stylists and offering benefits including 401k, health insurance, and paid vacations.
