In this role, you will:

Install, maintain, and perform advanced troubleshooting and administration of existing network systems.
Train end-users and responds to user inquires.
Set up network security standards.
Participate in major network installations and upgrades.
Troubleshoot complex network problems.
Provide colocation data center services for IT infrastructure hosting needs
Provide flexibility and reliability features within enterprise class colocation data centers
Provide space, power, cooling, network connectivity and support services in multiple highly secured, reliable and resilient data centers designed to minimize the risk of an outage
Interface with vendors to ensure appropriate resolution during network outages or periods of reduced performance.
Present recommendations on network interfaces and configurations.

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for configuration and customization of the PPM suite, to include developing internal and external dashboard and reporting tools.

You will:
-Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules, technical solutions, such as client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, scheduled job, import sets and transform maps, ACLs and notifications
-Develop custom integration components (SSO, CMDB, SAS connectors etc.) and integrate legacy systems with ServiceNow using mid-server, web services, email and other relevant technologies
-Develop existing and custom applications within ServiceNow including integrations with other applications
-Hands-on experience in Service Catalog/Service Portal modules
-Create and use update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances
-Document, maintain and update policies, procedures and controls for the operation of the ServiceNow platform and its SDLC
-Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated
-Work with process managers to fully understand business functionality, pain points, and areas of improvements
-Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current
