Grace has been with NPHS for one year and has 5+ years of medical experience! She specializes in family health, has 3+ years of nursing experience, and has extensive training in hormone replacement therapy (HRT)! Here are some fast facts about Grace!

Meet the founder behind our clinic, Rachael!

Rachael is the heart behind everything we do here at NPHS. With a passion for providing low-cost, exceptional care, she has created a place where patients feel seen, heard, and truly cared for. With over 25 years of experience in primary care across Wisconsin, she brings a strong background as a Family Nurse Practitioner, having served patients in community health, student health, and urgent care settings.

Prior to being a Family Nurse Practitioner, Rachael worked as a registered nurse with a focus on community health, home, and long-term care. Here are some fast facts about Rachael!

𝗙𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗯𝗯𝘆: Traveling and backpacking, especially at Isle Royale.
𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁: Ireland has been one of her favorite destination so far, especially because of the bread!
𝗛𝗼𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲: Unplanned, spontaneous vacations are better than planned vacations with tourist attractions!
