A friendly but important reminder about our cancellation policy.

Due to a large amount of last min cancellations in the last month!

✨ 48hrs before service schedule notice: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
✨ Less than 48 hours' notice: 100% of the scheduled service.

Please note that the 48-hour notice is based on business days (Monday–Friday). Weekends are not considered business days, so cancelling over the weekend for a Monday appointment does not provide sufficient notice.

This policy is firm, just like hotels, airlines, and many other appointment-based businesses.

We completely understand that life happens. But if you're canceling because you have to work, please remember—that's exactly what we're trying to do too.

As hairstylists, we only make money when we're behind the chair. Last-minute cancellations leave us with empty spots in our schedule that are often impossible to fill, especially for larger appointments.

Even cancellations before the policy window can be difficult to refill.

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you, and we turn away other clients who would have gladly taken it.
