Big Axe Chops

🚨 BEHOLD… the least AI looking schedule I could possibly make. 😂

No floating smash burgers.
No mysteriously perfect food truck.
No lumberjack with 14 fingers.
No dramatic smoke.
No unnecessary clip art.
No truck that somehow has 37 wheels.

Just WOOD. WORDS. DATES. TIMES. 😂👏

And honestly… nailed it. 😂🪵

Anyway! here’s where you can find Big Axe & Hatchet this week! 🪓

Come find us. The schedule may be boring, but the food sure as hell isn’t. 💀😘

At this point, we’re going to have to stop calling the little trailer Hatchet and start calling her PATCH-IT. 😂🩹🪓

Because apparently October looked at our schedule and said:

“You guys seem a little too comfortable.” 💀

She’s dented.
She’s busted.
She’s missing pieces.
And quite frankly, same. 😂

But just like the rest of the Big Axe crew, she’ll get patched up, slapped back together, and sent right back to work because WE APPARENTLY DON’T BELIEVE IN DAYS OFF OR NICE THINGS. 🤣

Hatchet had a good run.

Long live PATCH-IT. 🩹🪓

At this rate, by the end of food truck season she’s going to be 40% trailer and 60% Menards. 😂

Just like our crew, the food can be a little rough around the edges when it comes to looks sometimes 🤣 🫣
... But let me tell you, these items hit the spot every time!

This one is a loaded Big Axe Chicken Bacon burrito... chopped seasoned chicken, with carmelized onions, sautéed peppers & Jalapeño, crispy bacon, topped off with cheddar & pepperjack cheese...and of course Big Axe Sauce! (Sarahh says a dollop of sour cream finishes er off! 🤣)
...so go ahead, next time you stop by us- order off the "secret menu" ...

Lumberdaddy LOVES when we drop these without notice on him 😜 ⚒️
