I received some really important news from RANW that I wanted to share with our community.

RANW has been awarded **up to $150,000 from the NAR Relief Foundation** to help homeowners and renters impacted by the July 2026 storms in the Fox Valley.

The numbers are staggering:
🏠 37 homes destroyed
🏠 268 homes with major damage
🏠 878 homes with minor damage

Eligible households may receive **up to $1,000 in relief assistance** that can help with things like:
• One month of mortgage payments
• One month of rent or new lease fees
• Hotel expenses
• Temporary housing payments to family or friends

I know many families are still trying to figure out what comes next, and unfortunately, disasters also bring scammers. That's why getting this information directly from people you know and trust is so important.

**If you were impacted—or know someone who was—please share this post.** You could help someone find assistance they didn't even know was available.

Applicants will need documentation of the damage along with identification and supporting housing/expense documents.
