Sweating is just what you see on the surface.

3 things happening internally:

1. You are going on a moderate walk.
As your core temp rises, your heart races to move blood to your skin to cool you down. Your Heart rate hits 100–150 bpm, cardiac output jumps 60–70%, and your skin goes from 5–10% of blood flow to as much as 70%. You get the same calorie burn as a walk, while sitting down.

2. Heat shock proteins.
Heat stress activates heat shock proteins. Result: lower blood pressure, less arterial stiffness, healthier vessel lining. And better repair for your muscles.

3. Your brain releases its growth signal.
Heat makes your brain release BDNF. Think of it like food for your brain. It helps with memory, learning, and growing new brain cells.
A 20-year study in Finland, resulted in men who used a sauna 4 to 7 times a week are way less likely to die early, have a heart problem, or get memory diseases like Alzheimer's.

Tag someone who thinks the sauna is just for sweating to prove them wrong.

And tell us, how many days a week do you sauna? Or are you going to try one asap👇

What are you actually breathing inside a sauna?

Every year, we test the air inside our saunas at full operating temperature, using independent third-party experts and accredited labs. Why? Because heat can cause materials to release unsafe compounds into the air. Especially If the sauna is made from cheap materials like plywood.

Our latest testing found VOC levels that were on par with the surrounding room air where the saunas were operating.

That means zero off-gassing is occurring in our saunas. And, even better, we publish the report right on our website, because transparency matters. Are the other brands doing that?

Save this if you’re researching infrared saunas and want to see if other brands have third-party reports.

Do you need a sauna hat in an infrared sauna? 🤔

Short answer: no

Traditional sauna = super hot air.

Infrared sauna = more radiant heat, less extreme air temperature.
1. it's more comfortable to be in the sauna
2. Theres no extreme heat to damage your hair.

Most people have experienced that blast of heat from a traditional sauna or the wall of steam from a steam room that instantly fogs your glasses and makes your eyes water.

Infrared heat feels different.

Instead of heating the air around you first, infrared heat warms the body more directly, creating a gentler experience that many users find easier to stay in longer and use more consistently.

That’s why so many people incorporate infrared sauna sessions into their wellness routines for recovery, relaxation, stress management, and overall well-being.

Comfort matters when you’re trying to build a habit.

Save this if you’re researching infrared saunas.

“I really love an infrared sauna”

Infrared sauna users often describe the experience as relaxing, restorative, and easy to make part of a regular wellness routine. Would you add a home sauna to your daily routine?

Infrared sauna time for the dads who are always on the move.

Between work, yard projects, baseball practice, soccer games, and trying to actually be present at home… Father’s Day is a good reminder that dads need a place to reset, too.

A home infrared sauna gives you a quiet few minutes to breathe, sweat, listen to music or a podcast, and step back into the day feeling a little more grounded.

It’s not a luxury. It’s a wellness tool you happen to own.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads showing up every day.

Save this if you’re researching infrared saunas.
