The 68th Street Dump Superfund Site in Baltimore, MD presented a significant environmental challenge. Spanning 239 acres with multiple former landfills, the site required a solution that could safely isolate hazardous materials, stabilize slopes up to 60 feet high, and meet stringent EPA capping requirements.
The GEOWEB® Slope Stabilization System played a key role in the successful landfill capping effort, providing long-term slope stability while supporting rapid vegetation establishment.

Shelton Gardens in Cincinnati stabilized a 20-foot-high slope using the GEOWEB® Slope Protection System. The geocell system, covering 48,530 sq. ft., features tendon anchoring, a geotextile, and topsoil infill to support sustainable vegetation and prevent erosion.
