🔸We are PAUSING donations for a time because we are at capacity! What an incredible outpouring of love for our community! We are still accepting gift cards and financial donations that will be given to people recovering from the tornado. We will post when we can receive donations again.

Mobile Food Pantry: 8:30 am-6 pm. Food, water/beverages, hygiene and cleaning supplies, phone charging stations, and more.
Shower Truck: 7 am-7 pm

🔸At our building, our on-site Food Pantry hours will return to normal this week. Pickup times are: Tuesdays 8:30-9:30 am and 5:30-6:30 pm. First-time visitors can just show up on Tuesday – and can sign up to receive food on future Tuesdays at www.christtherock.org/food-pantry.

🔸SAMARITAN’S PURSE: We are putting together two CTR volunteer teams to do tornado cleanup on Sat. and Sun., Aug. 8 & 9 at 12:10 pm. The teams will meet at Appleton Alliance, and all team members must be 14 or older. Sign up here: https://myctr.ccbchurch.com/goto/forms/726/responses/new

🔸The Red Cross temporary shelter is ending its time as a temporary shelter at our building, and finding accommodations for the remaining residents. We are grateful for their quick response the day of the tornado, and their care for our community during this time.

We are so grateful for the way our Fox Valley neighbors, so many organizations, and our church family are loving people who are enduring one of the hardest times of their lives. Thank you for living out Matthew 25:35.

NEW! CTR MOBILE FOOD PANTRY is moving to DOTY ISLAND on SUN., AUG. 2: We have been given permission to move our Mobile Food Pantry to Doty Island, where some of the hardest-hit people can access it. We will be open at Doty Island 7:00 am - 7:00 pm on Sun., Aug. 2, at the corner of Willow and Nicolet, with a truck full of food, cold beverages, hygiene supplies, and other items to give away. We will also have cell phone charging stations. We will continue to go to Doty Island next week. All are welcome -- please share with friends who live nearby.

DONATIONS: NO PUBLIC DONATION HOURS on SUNDAY. URGENT NEED: Plastic bins/totes, flashlights, tarps, batteries, and wipes (for people to wash their hands). The West Doors will be open for donations for those of you gathering with us for Sunday services. (to the left as you face the building). For the most current needs, you can check the list at www.christtherock.org.

CTR’S IN-BUILDING FOOD PANTRY: Our in-building Food Pantry is returning to normal hours and operations next week, with pickups on Tuesday mornings and evenings at our building. To sign up for Tuesday pickups, visit www.christtherock.org/food-pantry. We are no longer hosting daily Food Pantry at our building -- but will continue the daily Mobile Food Pantry on Doty Island 7 am-7 pm.

RED CROSS: The temporary shelter is still receiving people who need a place to stay overnight, and that will likely continue into most of next week. The Red Cross volunteers are now located at the WEST Doors (the doors furthest to the left as you face the building).

Thank you for being so responsive to our community this week to serve people who have gone through this traumatic event. Just today (Sat., Aug. 1), we served 154 families out at Hart Park, and another 53 families at Christ The Rock. You are sharing the comfort of God with those who need it, as it says in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4.
