January 2018 there will be a weekly free workout for anyone in the community to join in.
Urban Fit is a Fit Club for owner Nancy Warner's Independent Team Beachbody coaching it is a place for her customers and coaches to invite guests to come and do a morning workout's using Beachbody On Demand. Urban Fit is also used for nutrition talks, Bible study's and networking events.
