When her son died, a woman turned to gardening. Now, she feeds her entire community Jenna Fournel lost her son in the fall of 2019. To keep his spirit alive, and connect with her community during the pandemic, she expanded her garden and shared the goods with neighbors for free.

You can find our food truck - Kangaroostaurant on College Avenue for lunch and Erb Park for dinner. We have Pork Tacos and Bruschetta Grilled Cheese as two of our special menu items.

Another fantastic day in the kitchen with some of our crew. I want to say a big thank you to Eric, Adam, Tina, Missy and Stacey! You are making things happen around here the past couple of weeks, and we are very grateful for your help, willingness and perseverance.

ATTENTION all FARM MARKETERS....or potential farm marketers. The Appleton Midweek Farm Market will be in Houdini Plaza tonight, Wednesday! This is a change of location and hopefully more convenient for folks to come out and support their local farmers! Now is the time to get all the fresh local produce you can imagine. Market starts at 3:30 and runs until 7:30!
