📍 Blueberry Lavender Kringle from Voyageurs Bakehouse.
I admit I chose it just because it was so pretty and luckily it tasted really good too. Lots of lavender pieces throughout that tasted fresh. Florals can either be really delicious and give all the spring/summer vibes but artificial flavors taste like soap. This one passed the test! 💜
How do you feel about floral flavors in coffee and pastries?

RUN to to get their chocolate hazelnut cinnamon rolls today! Dense, fudgey deliciousness. We love that they are doing these one-day-only exclusive flavors.
Btw, did you know their whole bakery is gluten free? Don’t let that scare you. The treats are so good you wouldn’t even know they are gluten free. 🤌
Food drama?! Count us in.
We drove up to Door County to check out Wild Man Pizza and more importantly, show our support for a small business that needs some extra love right now.
🍕 And if we’re honest? The pizza is worth the drive.
Our only caution is that it is a pretty small space so we highly recommend visiting when the weather is good enough to enjoy outdoor seating.
The winery is a popular bachelorette spot which can lead to longer waits and a loud atmosphere.
Would you make the drive? Let us know!
Very affordable and quick lunch option off of Ballard in Appleton! What do you order here?
If you love a fruity coffee combo like we do, head to in Kimberly and get the maple blueberry latte. 😍🫐 Such a delicious flavor for spring and the perfect amount of sweetness!

Taking a quick break from food content to acknowledge whoever this kind, honest stranger was. We don’t have a ton of followers so I doubt they will see this but just in case they do, THANK YOU.
With all the negative in the world, I’m encouraged to know we still live in an area with good people. 💙
All of these had a chocolate base so the flavors were pretty similar, but between three people we all had the same ranking. The cake was perfectly fluffy and moist on all three.
1️⃣ German chocolate was our favorite. It had the most flavor and we love a coconut and chocolate combo.
2️⃣ Turtle comes in next. The fudgey chocolate sauce was very tasty without making the cake too sweet - impressive.
3️⃣ Strawberry Kiss was certainly not bad by any means, but just not a hit for us. We kinda wanted it to be a strawberry cake base. It lived up to the name with just a kiss of strawberry flavor. 🍓
Now…if they had been fully stocked, Lemon Love was my top pick to try so I have to go back for that one in particular! 🍋 and obviously we are entering carrot cake season so that one too! 🥕
The real debate: do you prefer the mustard or cheese sauce?

A little tried and true + something new when taking a friend to Bowl 91 for the first time.
1️⃣ Crab rangoons are a must. Cripy on the outside. Cream cheesy goodness on the inside. Served with a sweet chili dipping sauce. A real treat.
2️⃣ Happy belly buns will change your life if you’ve never had bao before. It’s like eating a cloud filled with pork belly. The sweet pickled slaw adds a nice bite of freshness. Jalapeños if you dare.
3️⃣ Popcorn chicken was new for us! It definitely had a street food vibe served with french fries, which in our opinion, weren’t really necessary. Sweet, tangy, sticky fried chicken deliciousness. Would order again but not as good as the rangoons and happy belly buns.
Situated between Appleton and Green Bay, you might not think of Wrightstown for a night out, but you should!
Now we do have to mention a big pet peeve of ours…when a restaurant doesn’t post menu prices on the website. We get it, ✨mystery✨, but in this economy? Nobody needs sticker shock when they head to dinner. It was on the high end of our casual date night budget.
Mega points for the crispiest parmesan crust ever (without being burnt) on that walleye though.
Would love to hear what you think about Lost Key Tap!
