Let me officially introduce myself, today, Opening Day!!!

I'm Karmin VandenBush, RN, and the founder of Pulse 360 Wellness. Throughout my nursing career, I've had the privilege of caring for people during some of their most challenging moments. Working in healthcare has shown me how deeply stress, anxiety, burnout, and life's everyday pressures can affect both our mental and physical well-being. It has also reinforced something I believe strongly: everyone deserves a safe space where they feel supported, respected, and never judged. Creating Pulse 360 Wellness has been a dream of mine because I wanted to offer a place where people can slow down, focus on themselves, and prioritize their well-being. My goal is to help others feel cared for, empowered, and supported on their unique wellness journey. As a Registered Nurse, I am passionate about educating and encouraging individuals to take an active role in their health. Whether you're navigating stress, recovery, life transitions, or simply looking to invest in self-care, I want Pulse 360 Wellness to be a welcoming space where you feel comfortable and cared for.
