In the wake of the devastating tornadoes that impacted Menasha and surrounding communities—including several of our own employees—we've witnessed what it truly means to care for one another.

Our team was quick to jump in and help coworkers and the community by cleaning up debris and repairing damage. They also produced two Gaylords of garbage bags for donation and contributed much-needed supplies to support the recovery effort. Employees also stepped forward by offering freezers, trucks, trailers, tools, and, most importantly, their time.

It's not often that our local community experiences a disaster of this magnitude, but moments like these remind us that the strength of a community is found in the people who show up for one another.

We couldn't be prouder of our employees for living our purpose of Making It Better Together. Thank you to everyone who stepped up to make a difference for our coworkers, neighbors, and community.

Today, our team came together for a BBQ to celebrate reaching a major milestone on an important customer project. Achievements like this don't happen because of one person—they happen because of the dedication, collaboration, and commitment of people across our organization.

This milestone is a great example of what it means to live our values every day: Collaborate for Excellence, Make a Difference, and Deliver Customer Success.

When we work together toward a common goal, we create better outcomes for our customers and for each other.

Last week, we had the privilege of celebrating the retirements of Randy Wied and Scott Mattila after more than 60 years of combined service at CMD.
