Tender, seasoned beef meatballs smothered in our savory homemade mushroom gravy, served over creamy garlic mashed potatoes with buttered corn.

Chicken, Wild Rice & Broccoli ~
Seasoned, juicy chicken paired with flavorful wild rice and broccoli florets.

Shepherd’s Pie ~
Seasoned ground beef and vegetables in a rich, savory gravy topped with creamy mashed potatoes.

Spaghetti & Meatballs with Garlic Bread ~
Tender meatballs and spaghetti tossed with a rich, flavorful tomato sauce and served with garlic artisan bread.

Chicken Taco Bowl ~
Taco seasoned chicken, black beans, and cheese layered on top of Mexican rice.

❤️ A little bit of the “why” behind our new meal prep service...

For a while now, I've been preparing meals for my mom because health changes have made cooking for herself more difficult. I wanted to make sure she still had real, home-cooked meals in her fridge that she could simply heat up and enjoy.

And while she isn't the only reason we're launching meal prep through Comfort City, she's definitely part of what made me realize how many people could use a service like this.

Seniors living independently, busy families, people dealing with health challenges, or anyone who just doesn't have the time or energy to cook every day... sometimes having a good meal already waiting in the fridge makes life a whole lot easier.

These are a couple of the dinners I prepped for my mom today: roasted chicken with garlic mashed potatoes & buttered corn and meatloaf with herb stuffing & brown sugar glazed carrots.

That's what we want Comfort City meal prep to be about: good, comforting food and one less thing to worry about.

Yesterday we had the honor of catering a beautiful wedding, and we couldn't be more grateful to have been chosen to be part of such a special day. ❤️

Our menu featured stuffed chicken breast filled with stuffing, salisbury steak meatballs with mushroom gravy, creamy garlic mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, fresh salad, rolls, and a kids' buffet with hamburger sliders, mac & cheese, fresh fruit, and veggies.
