Vortex Fitness offers volleyball specific workouts to help improve many aspects of your game! Vortex Fitness is a new training program to the Fox Valley area.
These workouts will increase endurance, build muscle, and improve your volleyball skill level Our trainings are circuit focused and broken down into 3 different circuits timed, competitive and position specific. Overall, every circuit training will focus on the 8 training categories needed for volleyball players.

With some high school seasons coming to an end, Vortex Fitness will be offering more classes to get the athletes prepared for club season!
Classes will be offered Tuesday, Thursdays and some weekends leading up to club tryouts November 16 & 17.
We will also be offering 1:1 sessions!
