I’m so grateful to be surrounded by such hardworking, talented, and inspiring women every single day. These boss babes show up behind the chair giving their absolute best to every client who sits in it. They pour their creativity, passion, and heart into their work, and it shows.

But what makes them even more special is who they are outside of the salon. They are amazing mothers, wives, daughters, friends, and role models. They balance busy lives, support their families, lift each other up, and still come to work ready to make people feel confident and beautiful.

Watching each of you grow, build your businesses, and create the life you want is something I’m incredibly proud to be a part of.
