One of our current additions is this 510 square foot In-Law-Suite addition in Watertown. This space will be for the family's mother to live in the new addition connected to their existing home. The family decided to do their own interior finishes including the flooring, painting, and finish carpentry. Things are coming along nicely!

We'll be one of the panelists at this upcoming event on May 21st! There will be a number of professional panelists that have insight into different options for senior living. The aim of the event is to present options and resources for seniors and their families so that they can begin planning and ultimately live out their later years in the best situation possible. The event is completely free so come check it out!

Here are some framing and exterior finish pictures for a Senior Suite addition we are building in DePere! This addition is connected to the existing house through the garage which is a nice setup for families that want a little more independence and privacy but still want to be under the same roof.

We are finishing up the Senior Suite Addition for a family in Greenfield Wi this week! Both grandma and grandpa will be moving into the new space that connects to their daughters home. The project included some additional space in the main home in order to create a larger kitchen. We're looking forward to the family being able to settle in and begin living connected.

Many houses only have 2nd story bedrooms. For someone who wants to stay in their home and age in place a first story bedroom & bathroom addition is one way to make that happen. We have been getting more and more couples lately wanting to build these in order to stay in their homes. Here is one we built in Oshkosh last year!

This is a 2,000 sf build we are working on in New London right now! It includes a living space for both grandma & grandma as well as a new attached garage that can be shared by both the new and existing home.
